Diletta Ricci

Diletta Ricci has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. From 2018, they have been working at Galapagos as the Head of QM R&D Immunology. Prior to that, they worked at GSK from 2015 to 2018, where they held various roles such as Performance, Process and Risk Management Manager and Written Standards Governance Manager. From 2010 to 2015, Diletta worked at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, specializing in SOPs and Process Governance.

Diletta Ricci has a diverse education history. Diletta obtained a Certificate in Risk Management Fundamentals from The Institute of Risk Management in 2017. In 2014, they completed a Training Course in Fundamentals of Business Analysis at Business Analysis Solutions. From 2002 to 2009, they attended Università per Stranieri di Siena, where they earned a Laurea degree in Inglese, Francese, Spagnolo, Linguistica, Didattica. Diletta also studied Lingue, letterature e linguistica straniere at UCL during the academic year 2005-2006. Diletta Ricci holds a High School Degree with a focus on Foreign Languages. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Business Analysis and Risk Management Fundamentals. Diletta has also completed training in Risk Management in Clinical Research from the European Center for Clinical Research Training, ECCRT.
