Willemijn Kremer

Willemijn Kremer currently serves as Chief of Staff - Vice President at Galapagos, providing strategic support to CEO Dr. Paul Stoffels and various management committees since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving in multiple Chief of Staff roles at Leyden Labs and as an Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company. Willemijn has also held positions such as Head of Corporate Strategy, Fellow at De Nationale Denktank, and various tutoring roles at UMC Utrecht and Stichting Studie Begeleiding Leiden. Academically, Willemijn holds an MBA from INSEAD and dual Master's degrees in Medicine from Utrecht University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and a VWO profile from Stedelijk Gymnasium Nijmegen.
