Marc Caissy

Marc Caissy is the Rate and Billing Director at GLS Canada, where they manage invoicing and tariff applications for the transport of goods at local, provincial, and international levels since 2013. They oversee departmental organization to ensure quality and maximize income related to transport costs, as well as manage extensive databases concerning interlines, tariffs, and ancillary expenses. Prior to their role at GLS Canada, Marc held a position focused on rates, tariffs, and billing quality control at Dicom Transportation Group Canada Inc. They possess multiple certificates and diplomas related to traffic, customs, transportation, and business administration from various educational institutions, including Université Laval and Cégep Garneau.
