Micheal Wolfe has a diverse work experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Micheal started their career at Purolator Inc. in 1992, where they worked in various roles such as Control Room Clerk, City Bulk Dispatcher, Yard Coordinator, Control Room Coordinator, and Courier/Utility Courier/Sorter Leadhand/Marker/Workplace Trainer/DG Specialist/Recruiting Specialist. In 2000, they became a Unit Manager, responsible for managing front-line employees and conducting training. From 2008 to 2014, they served as a Senior District Manager at Purolator, managing operations, developing managers, and planning and budgeting.

In 2014, Wolfe joined ATS Healthcare (Canada) as the Branch Manager in Toronto. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the branch, including dispatch, drivers, pick and pack, warehouse operations, and staff training. Micheal ensured compliance with standard operating procedures, quality processes, and safety standards.

Currently, Wolfe is working at GLS Canada, starting in 2017. Micheal has held multiple positions within the company, including PM Operations and Linehaul Manager, Terminal Director and Linehaul Manager, and currently as the Director of Express Operations. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing all aspects of operations, including sorting and processing of shipments, managing a team of staff, and overseeing linehaul networks and drivers. Micheal has demonstrated expertise in meeting service level targets and maintaining on-time performance.

Throughout their career, Wolfe has consistently excelled in leadership, coaching, budgeting, and developing effective operational strategies.

Michael Wolfe completed their OSSD in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology at Central Technical from 1986 to 1989. In 2001 to 2002, they also successfully graduated from Purolator's Front Runner Management Development Program, which focused on leadership development and practical operations-based learning experiences.
