Caroline Kremer has extensive experience in sustainability and organizational governance, currently serving as a Member of DEG's Supervisory Board and Vice Chair of DEG's Works Council, where focus is placed on equal opportunities and addressing market challenges. With a background as Vice President of Sustainability at DEG, support is provided to business partners in managing environmental and social risks. Additionally, Caroline is a Member of the Investment Committee at GLS Bank, advocating for sustainable investments. Previous roles include Advisory Board Member for Natur Aktien Index and co-founder of the exclusive Italian restaurant La Cena. Caroline’s educational background includes degrees in Regional Sciences from the University of Cologne and various certifications in project finance and mediation from reputable institutions.
