Heike Rehm

Heike Rehm is a seasoned professional in customer experience management with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles. Currently serving as Senior Referentin Kundenerlebnismanagement at GLS Bank since January 2024, Rehm has previously founded Antler and co-founded Goyaa, both in 2022. Rehm's earlier career includes co-founding Unterschied & Macher, where a focus on strategy and innovation was prominent from 2012 to 2022, along with significant roles at Namics as Business Unit Manager and Senior Projektmanager / Consultant from 2006 to 2012. Rehm holds a Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Media Management from Hochschule Heilbronn.
