Simone Engels

Simone Engels has extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles across various industries. Currently, Simone serves as Vorstandsassistentin for the Ressort Menschen, Entwicklung und Strategie at GLS Bank since August 2021. Prior to this position, Simone worked at MAHLE from November 2012 to February 2021, holding multiple assistant roles, including support to the Chairman of the Management Board and the Corporate Executive Vice President. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistentin des Vorstandsvorsitzenden at Renault Deutschland AG from July 2010 to October 2012 and as Direktionsassistentin at Bel DACH from September 2007 to May 2010. Educational qualifications include a degree as Fremdsprachliche Direktionsassistentin from the Academy for Management Assistants and further studies at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce International.
