David Rayo Vega has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. David began their career at Havas Media Group España as an Account Executive in 1997 and later joined Media Contacts as an Account Director. In 2000, they became the Director General of m digital at MindShare. David then moved to Mindshare Digital Global ExCo, where they served as a Country Manager and a Member of the Mindshare Digital Global ExCo.

In 2007, David joined GroupM Latam, where they held several roles including Consultant, Member of Groupm Interaction Global Exco, and Managing Director. During their time at GroupM Latam, they directed and coordinated strategic, planning, research, and buying activities for the Interaction/Digital and Emerging Media area.

In 2012, David joined Twitter as the Managing Director Latam - IMS Twitter Social, where they oversaw various aspects of the business and was responsible for launching the operation in Latin America. David achieved significant growth, exceeding the original target by four times.

Following their tenure at Twitter, David founded Glu Company, a technology company specializing in media and digital advertising. David then went on to establish Theviralab.com, a platform that combines Big Data with Machine Learning and helps optimize digital content management, buying, and optimization processes.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated a strong focus on innovation, technology, and driving profitable growth.

David Rayo Vega has a diverse education history. In 1991, they attended Centro Español de Nuevas Profesiones for a marketing and advertising degree, which they completed in 1995. In 1999, they took a course on emotional intelligence and team management at ITER Consultores under Emilio Duró. In 2002, they pursued team building studies at Make a Team, Couching Company, Jorge Valdano. In 2003, they attended the IESE Business School where they obtained a PDD degree in Dirección de Empresas y Personas, which they completed in 2004. David then returned to Stanford University in 2011 and 2012 for executive business programs in business administration and management, as well as an innovation program.
