Oliver is also the Inhaber at Institut für Gastro-Konzepte since November 1990, specializing in location analysis, calculation, concept design, business planning, and digitalization. Oliver holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt degree from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and a Hotelkaufmann degree from Hotel Stuttgart International.
