In these positions, Carol serves as the first responder to customer inquiries, providing essential information regarding products, technical details, custom quotes, samples, and order processing while maintaining and establishing relationships with customers and distributors. Prior to this, Carol worked at Global Fastener & Supply from 2002 to 2005 in customer service and inside sales. Carol received education from Waukesha County Technical College.
