Customer Success Manager (EMEA) at Glue Up

Daphine Karimi has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 with Safaricom PLC. At Safaricom, they served in two roles: Sales and Customer Experience Supervisor and Customer Experience Executive. In 2019, they moved on to CIM Group-Aspira Product Financing App Kenya, where they worked as an Account Manager. In 2020, they joined Yusudi Africa as Outsourcing and Retention Lead, and in 2022 they began working at Glue Up as a Customer Success Manager (EMEA). Throughout their career, Daphine has been responsible for a variety of tasks, including communicating with partners, driving individual and department product sales targets, ensuring adequate follow up from sales teams, leading continuous improvement projects, and handling customer complaints.

Daphine Karimi holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, with a major in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Daphine also has a Leadership Skills in Business Certificate from Alison Courses.
