Roger Arnold

Roger Arnold is an experienced professional who has held various roles in the engineering industry. Roger started their career at Girard Engineering as an intern and later became an associate. Roger then moved on to work at LEO A DALY as a Senior Mechanical Engineer before transitioning to jba consulting engineers where Roger eventually became the Director of jba Orange County. Currently, Roger holds the position of Director of Operations at Glumac, where Roger is involved in overseeing project management, development of new processes and policies, financial performance, training, mentoring, contract reviews, and conflict resolution. In addition to their operational role, Roger continues to be actively engaged as a Mechanical Engineer, contributing to exciting projects within the company.
