Alicia Meza has extensive work experience in project and delivery management. Alicia is currently working as a Delivery Manager at Gluo, where they are responsible for integrating BigCommerce with an ecommerce platform to create a user-friendly experience for businesses. Alicia has experience as a delivery manager throughout the entire project life cycle and ensures team alignment on objectives to produce functional software.
Prior to their current role, Alicia worked at Numbra.mx as a Program Delivery Manager for over 13 years. In this role, they oversaw the production of promotional images and videos for various media platforms and advertising campaigns. Alicia facilitated project development using agile methodologies and was responsible for establishing timelines and overseeing scrum ceremonies.
Alicia's earlier work experience includes a role as an Educational Psychologist at the Educational Psychology Center from 2006 to 2008.
Alicia Meza completed their Bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology from Universidad de Montemorelos from 2002 to 2006.
