German Sanchez Tamayo has a diverse work experience in the field of AEM development and Java software development. German started their career at GNR as an Ingeniero de sistemas de TI, where they gained knowledge in IT projects and support. German then joined Soultech S. de R.L. de C.V. as an AEM Developer, working on projects for Telcel and contributing to the migration of components from cq5 to AEM 6.3. German also worked on the RUPA project, developing functionality for both the backend and frontend of the application. Currently, German is working at Gluo as an AEM Developer, focusing on the migration of components to AEM 6.3 and 6.5 for projects such as Telcel and Unitec. German is skilled in analyzing, developing, and implementing new components and templates in AEM, as well as using Metadata Schemas and Tags for site assets.

German Sanchez Tamayo holds an Engineer's degree in Ingeniería en Comunicaciones y Electrónica (Sistemas Computacionales) from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, which they obtained from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Técnico degree from the same institution, from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, German has obtained several certifications.
