Roman Schickel

Roman Schickel currently serves as CFO at Glutz since April 2024, following a successful tenure as Finance Director at Intrum Schweiz from March 2015 to March 2024, where Roman managed finance, HR, IT, and served on the executive and board levels. Prior experience includes founding and leading Intrum ASC Kft in Budapest and holding multiple roles at Holcim from 2003 to 2015, including Corporate Finance & Treasury Senior Manager and CFO of Holcim El Salvador, focusing on finance, controlling, treasury, procurement, and IT. Roman began the career at PwC as a Manager in auditing and consulting. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Universität St.Gallen, a Senior Leadership Program from IMD, an ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting, and a Swiss Certified Public Accountant designation, complemented by a degree in Business Economics from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
