Julie Kleinbach

Julie Kleinbach has extensive work experience in the software quality assurance and engineering field. Julie is currently employed by Gluware, Inc. as a Software Quality Assurance Manager since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at the same company from November 2016 to March 2022.

Before joining Gluware, Inc., Julie worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise for a significant period. Julie held various roles at the company, including Virtualization and Cloud Provisioning Test Lead, Performance and Scalability Engineer, Senior Analyst, Digital Assets, System/Solution Test Project Manager, Security Solutions Test Lead, and Network and Security Test Lead. During their time at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, they contributed to the qualification and automation of Helion CloudSystem Converged Infrastructure integration, assessed the installation and operation of private cloud at scale, designed and executed security solution test strategies, and led network and security testing initiatives.

Julie's career began at Prima Publishing as a Programmer Analyst, where they were responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining a client/server program for managing the production and sale of books. Julie also served as a Project Manager for a team of programmers during their time at Prima Publishing.

Julie's earliest work experience was at the University Cooperative Society Bookstore, where they worked as an IS Specialist and Web Developer.

Throughout their career, Julie Kleinbach has gained expertise in software quality assurance, test strategy development, automation, project management, and system testing.

Julie Kleinbach earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management, attending from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Julie obtained a certification in GIAC Web Application Penetration Testing from the SANS Institute in July 2010.
