Demetrios Stamatakis has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Starting in 2011, they worked as an Intern at Meritage Homes, where they assisted with scheduling, subcontractor management, and warranty issues. In 2012, they joined JE Dunn Construction as a Project Engineer 2, responsible for preconstruction activities, subcontractor contracting, budgeting, and managing change requests.
