Blanca Harris, MBA has extensive experience in the Human Resources field. Blanca began their career in 1997 as the Human Resources/Office Manager for Viador, where they contributed to the company's growth. In 2001, they moved on to become the Human Resources/Office Manager for HMR USA, Inc., where they reviewed and edited employees' handbooks and standard operating procedures. From 2005 to 2012, they worked as the Benefits Administrator for Heald College, where they coordinated and administered all aspects related to benefits. In 2012, they assumed the role of Human Resources and Safety Manager for John Morrell & Co. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Data Analyst and Benefits Specialist for the University of San Francisco. In 2018, they began working as an HR Manager for Tile, Inc., where they conducted the new hire process and administered benefits and company policies. Currently, Blanca is the Head of HR/Office Manager for Glydways, where they work with leaders to implement new HR solutions and create, review, and implement company policies and processes.

Blanca Harris earned their MBA in Business Administration from Ashford University in 2008, after receiving their Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from the same university in 2006. Prior to that, Blanca obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from San Francisco State University in 2005.
