Gokul Hemmady

Gokul Hemmady has a long and varied career in finance, beginning with their role as Associate in Global Derivatives at Citi in 1994. Gokul then moved to U S WEST in 1992, where they were Manager of Capital Markets and International Finance. In 1996, they became Director of International Finance at U S WEST. In 1997, they joined ADC as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and was later given additional responsibility as Chief Transformation Officer. In 2007, they joined NII Holdings, Inc. as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Transformation Officer. In 2012, they became Chief Operating Officer of NII Holdings, Inc. and President of Nextel Brasil. In 2018, they became CFO of Digi International, and in 2019, they became President and CFO of Glydways. Gokul has also been a Managing Director and Consultant at Chanakya Consulting, helping businesses across various industries.

Gokul Hemmady obtained their MBA from Yale School of Management between 1990 and 1992. Gokul is also a CPA (Chartered Accountant) since 1983, having obtained their certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Gokul also holds a Bachelor in Commerce/Business from the University of Mumbai.
