Philippe Gaglione

Philippe Gaglione has over 30 years of experience in the software and technology industry. Philippe began their career in 1989 as a 2G & PHS R&D Manager at VLSI. In 1998, they moved to Infineon as a 3G R&D Manager. In 2001, they became the CTO & VP Engineering of COMMIT JV. In 2004, they joined Texas Instruments as 3G & Edge BU General Manager and WW R&D Director. In 2008, they were appointed Intel Vice President - GM Software New Devices and Intel Vice President - GM SW Phones & Tablets, MCG. In 2016, they joined Silver Spring Networks as EVP Engineering and Operations. In 2019, they became the VP System, SW & HW at Rivian. In 2021, they became the Founder and Board Member of eQuadera and Vice President Software at Glydways. Philippe has also served as a Technology Advisor for Self-Employed R&D since 2018, advising companies involved in IOT, wearable and consumer products as well as Automotive to help resolve technology challenges (HW&SW) and advise on building world class engineering teams and execution plans.

Philippe Gaglione attended ESIGELEC: ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEURS-ES GÉNÉRALISTES from 1986 to 1989, where they studied Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
