Tanya Richardson

Tanya Richardson is an experienced fundraising and development professional with a strong background in community engagement and strategy implementation. Currently serving as Development Manager at Glyndebourne since March 2019, Tanya previously held the role of Fundraising Manager at Victim Support and Area Fundraising Manager at Diabetes UK. Tanya also has notable experience as Head of Community Fundraising at The Children's Trust, where responsibilities included managing a team and developing fundraising strategies. Earlier roles include Community Fundraiser for Marie Curie Cancer Care, where Tanya supported various fundraising initiatives, and Sponsorship and Development Officer for Brighton Dome & Festival. Tanya holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Essex.
