Dave Russo

Dave Russo is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in fleet management and government account sales. Currently serving as the Government Area Sales Manager for GM Envolve since October 2025, Dave Russo oversees government accounts in New England and New York. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager at Union Leasing and a decade spent at General Motors, advancing from GM Envolve Account Executive to Regional Sales Manager. Dave Russo has also held key positions at Merchants Fleet Management, Donlen Corporation, General Electric Capital Fleet Services, Ryder Transportation, and Dun & Bradstreet. A graduate of Westfield State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Dave Russo has a strong foundation in business development and account management.
