Jo Ann Devine

Jo Ann Devine has worked as the Assistant Director of Construction Services for GM2 for approximately seven years now, after a distinguished 29-year career with the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation. She came to ConnDOT after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University, where she was a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers Student Chapter of Chi Epsilon. During her tenure with ConnDOT, Ms. Devine rose through the ranks, eventually becoming the Assistant District Engineer of Construction District 2 in the eastern part of the State. Along the way, she made important contributions to the world of public transportation construction in Connecticut as a Chairman of the ConnDOT Standard Specifications Committee for several years, and, during a time of important changes in construction claims law and practice, as the Assistant Head of ConnDOT's Construction Claims Unit in the Department's Office of Construction.
