Victor Luzhanskiy

Victor Luzhanskiy, PE, is a GM2 Assistant Vice President and Lead Structural Engineer with over 20 years of transportation industry experience, with expertise in analysis, design, evaluation, and inspection of various types of highway and railroad bridges, as well as retaining walls and culverts. He is equally well-versed in new construction and the rehabilitation of existing structures. Victor is clear in his communication and understanding of project needs, and he has the knowledge necessary for initiating projects, as well as for the management of multiple task-based assignments.
