Kelly Kahn (Bilton)

Kelly (Bilton) Kahn has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Kelly is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at GMA Construction Group, a licensed and insured construction company in Illinois. In this role, Kelly is responsible for analyzing business operations to find efficiencies, with a particular focus on employee engagement, talent acquisition, and marketing.

Prior to their current position, Kelly co-founded Capture Collaborative in 2013. Capture is a strategic consulting firm that provides proposal writing and management, strategic development, and graphic design services for the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) community. Under Kelly's leadership, Capture has helped its clients win over $7 billion in new work, with a specialization in public-private partnerships (P3).

Before starting their own company, Kelly worked at Walsh Construction as a Marketing Coordinator and Proposal Manager. Kelly held this position from 2008 to 2013, gaining valuable experience in marketing and proposal management within the construction industry.
