Rikki Escudero-Catibog has extensive work experience in the media industry. Rikki started their career at ABS-CBN Corporation, where they worked as a Program Manager and Executive Producer from 1995 to 2001. Rikki then joined GMA Network, Inc. in 2003 and held various roles including Program Manager, Public Affairs, and First Vice President, Special Projects, News and Public Affairs. Rikki also served as the First Vice President for Regional TV and Concurrent Head of the Expansion and Production Services Division. In 2016, Escudero-Catibog became the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GMA Kapuso Foundation, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees. Finally, in 2018, they returned to GMA Network, Inc. as the First Vice President for Public Service and Community Development, focusing on partnerships and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Rikki Escudero-Catibog received their Elementary and Secondary School Diplomas from Saint Scholastica's College in Manila from 1978 to 1988. Rikki then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City from 1988 to 1993. Additionally, Rikki obtained a certification in Television Production from Deutsche Welle in Berlin, Germany. The exact month and year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
