Mason Aid

Mason Aid has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from 2014 to 2020. In 2020, they transitioned to Veterans United Home Loans, where they served as an Operations Coordinator from July 2020 to January 2021, and later as a Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator from January 2021 to February 2022.

Afterwards, Mason Aid joined Intero Digital in April 2022 as a Media Relations Strategist in the Content and PR Division. They worked there until April 2023. Following this, they joined GME Supply as a Client Services Specialist in March 2023. Their most recent role was as a Keynote Speaker, Educator, and Consultant at Midwest Pride since August 2015.

Their roles have provided them with experience in customer service, operations coordination, diversity and inclusion, media relations, and education.

Mason Aid obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing analytics from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business, spanning from 2022 to 2025. Prior to pursuing the MBA, Mason Aid completed a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from Columbia College in 2013. Before that, from an unspecified start year to 2004, Mason Aid attended Moberly Area Community College and acquired an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Psychology. In addition to formal education, Mason Aid obtained a certification in Content Marketing from HubSpot Academy in April 2022.
