Michael Mattingly, CPA, CMA

Michael Mattingly, CPA, CMA has extensive experience in various finance roles. Michael currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at GME Supply. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, as well as integrating multiple acquisitions.

Prior to GME Supply, Mattingly held the position of Chief Financial Officer at SURDEX, a geospatial data producer. Michael was responsible for improving the efficiency of operational functions and driving continuous improvement through a cultural mindset shift.

In addition, Mattingly worked as a Consultant at Alpha Packaging, where they provided financial expertise. Michael also held multiple roles at Spartech Corporation, including Business Controller, Senior Manager of Financial Planning, Analysis & External Reporting, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Senior Financial Analyst. In these positions, they played a key role in the acquisition and integration of Spartech by PolyOne, as well as leading corporate planning, FP&A, and M&A activities.

Earlier in their career, Mattingly served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Staples Promotional Products and Furniture Brands International, where they focused on financial forecasting, planning, and analysis.

Michael Mattingly, CPA, CMA has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Murray State University. Michael also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance from the same university. Additionally, they hold a Master's Degree in Accounting from Fontbonne University.

Michael obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Missouri in October 2014, and their Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants in May 2010.
