Dave Zabell

Dave Zabell is an accomplished Senior Consultant at GMP Consultants since February 2023, with extensive experience in municipal management across various cities. Holding titles such as City Manager, Management Advisor, and Interim City Manager, Dave has contributed to the City of Pasco since August 2014 and has served in various capacities within the City of Yakima, City of Fife, City of Bothell, and City of Marysville. Dave’s career in public service is complemented by military service as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the United States Navy from 1976 to 1979. An academic background includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington, completed between 2004 and 2005.
