Reetakshi Shetty

Reetakshi Shetty is an accomplished HR professional with over 13 years of experience in human resource management. Currently serving as AVP of Human Resources at GMP Technical Solutions Pvt Ltd since October 2010, Reetakshi leads strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement efforts, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and fostering a performance-oriented culture. Prior experience includes a role as Plant HR at Ashu Organics (India) Private Limited, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, payroll, and end-to-end HR activities. Reetakshi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, a Master's in Commerce with a specialization in Business Management from the University of Mumbai, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar College of Law.
