Arijit Dasgupta

Arijit Dasgupta currently serves as the Head of HR for GMR Group, beginning in December 2023. Prior to this role, Arijit led the HR function for English and Hindi News at Times Network as General Manager from March 2022 to December 2023. Arijit has extensive experience in HR leadership, having been the Head of HR for HT Labs at Hindustan Times from December 2015 to March 2022, overseeing operations for multiple digital product initiatives. Previous positions include Deputy General Manager of HR for HT Media’s Radio Division and Assistant General Manager of HR at TV Today. Arijit's early career featured a role as Assistant Manager in Corporate HR at Videocon Consumer Durables. Arijit holds a degree in Strategic HR Leadership from Cornell University and has completed advanced studies in Human Resources and Business Administration.
