Gourish Malevadkar

Gourish Malevadkar is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Assistant HR Manager at GMR Group since January 2023, Gourish has previously held roles such as Deputy Manager for Human Resources at Cosme Matias Manezes Group and Assistant Manager HR at Buoyancy Engineering & LLP. Extensive expertise includes overseeing HR operations for large teams, managing employee life cycles, recruitment, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and employee grievances. Gourish has also worked as a Consultant for NISG, implementing training and administrative initiatives for government officials and stakeholders.
