Moturu Prudhvi has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development operations and training. Moturu started their career at OPPO as a Sales Trainer from August 2016 to February 2018. Moturu then worked at Vodafone Idea Limited as a Zonal Sales Trainer from April 2018 to April 2019, where they conducted skills gap analyses, designed training curricula, and implemented new learning strategies.
