Moturu Prudhvi

Moturu Prudhvi has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development operations and training. Moturu started their career at OPPO as a Sales Trainer from August 2016 to February 2018. Moturu then worked at Vodafone Idea Limited as a Zonal Sales Trainer from April 2018 to April 2019, where they conducted skills gap analyses, designed training curricula, and implemented new learning strategies. Prudhvi then joined Kellogg Company in April 2019 as a Capability Officer, where they focused on creating, implementing, and monitoring trainings to ensure organizational effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Moturu was promoted to the role of Senior Capability Officer in April 2021. In February 2022, they joined GMR Group as the Learning and Development Operations Lead. Overall, Moturu Prudhvi has gained extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs, analyzing training needs, and driving organizational learning and development initiatives.

Moturu Prudhvi completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the Department of Management Studies at Gayatri Vidya Parishad College for Degree and PG Courses (A) in 2014. Moturu then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the same college, which they completed in 2016.
