Paul McGeorge has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Paul began their career in 1982 as a Ground Radio Equipment Repairman in the United States Air Force, where they were responsible for upgrading radio systems. Paul later worked as a Team Chief in the Joint Communications Support Element, where they provided technical advice and engineered secure voice cables. In 1992, Paul joined the Joint Special Operations Command and served as the Superintendent of the Communications Operations Division, overseeing communications assets and providing support during operations. Paul then moved to the HQ ACC Directorate of Communications, where they managed strategic communications programs and defended funding. In 1995, Paul returned to the United States Air Force as the NCOIC Ground Radio Maintenance and transformed the Radio Maintenance section into a top performing work center. Paul continued their career within the Air Force and held various positions such as Mission Systems Flight Superintendent and Maintenance Superintendent, where they were responsible for infrastructure upgrades and the design and development of Air Control systems. In 2006, Paul joined Advancia Corporation as a Senior Systems Analyst, playing a crucial role in the testing and implementation of data link capabilities. Paul then worked at Modern Technology Solutions as a Data Link Program Manager, where they planned and conducted evaluations and had expertise in avionics systems. Currently, Paul is the Vice President of Production at Gauss Management Research & Engineering (GMRE Inc.), a role they took on in 2022, having previously served as the Vice President of Engineering and Chief Engineer. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated strong leadership, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of communications and avionics systems.

Paul McGeorge obtained a Professional Certificate in Architecture and Systems Engineering: Models and Methods to Manage Complex Systems from MIT xPRO in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2006. Their education history also includes an Associate of Science degree in Electronics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, which they completed between 1985 and 1996. Alongside their formal education, Paul has obtained additional certifications in various fields related to systems engineering from MIT xPRO.
