Ed Gonzalez is the Founder and CEO of GMS CONNECT Health Plan Services, where Ed has been providing Call Center Support Services for top health plans and providers since 1989. Prior to this, Ed founded and led Marcom Technologies, a top 10 call center operator specializing in high-quality projects in English and Spanish from 1995 to 2005.
