Neil Male

Neil Male is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Owner of Warrens Hall Riding School since February 2021, Neil also acts as the CEO of GMS Group of Companies, a national security specialist firm established in June 2000. Neil has held significant positions, including Chair of the Board and Non-Executive Director at The Kaleidoscope Plus Group until November 2023, and Chief Executive Officer at Kidderminster Harriers Football Club from October 2019 to May 2022, where successful restructuring led to financial sustainability. Additionally, Neil contributed to GMS Security Services Ltd as a Shareholding Director after joining in 2000. Earlier roles include key account management at HSBC and credit management at Finelist Group Plc, alongside a stint as a professional footballer at Torquay United Football Club, which was cut short by injury. Education was completed at Bishop Milner Roman Catholic School.
