Michelle DeBroni-Watts has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry. Michelle started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Great-West Life and Annuity Insurance Company in 1994, where they provided excellent customer support. In 1999, they moved on to MGI Financial, where they worked as a Service/Sales Representative for 8 years. During this time, they developed strong sales and communication skills. In 2007, Michelle joined GMS Health & Travel Insurance as a Regional Sales Director, responsible for managing the distribution network, promoting insurance products, and building relationships with brokers and advisors. Michelle demonstrated expertise in identifying client needs, providing sales support, and staying updated on market conditions.
