Fernando Labarga Ávalos

Fernando Labarga Ávalos is a seasoned Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer at GMV Aerospace and Defence, where responsibilities include managing projects related to the PADR Project EXCEED, aimed at developing a European supply chain for programmable System-on-a-Chip used in defense applications. Prior roles include Software Engineer focusing on analysis and verification tasks for military projects and developing 3D simulation environments. Experience also spans working as an Analyst for Axpe Consulting on military communications projects and as a Programmer for 3D Railway Simulation Systems. Currently a PhD candidate in Astrophysics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Fernando holds an MSc in Astrophysics from the same institution.
