Ian Sephton

Ian Sephton is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in various sectors including transportation, hospitality, and technology. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of GMV since March 2022, Ian also held the CEO position at GMV SYNCROMATICS from October 2012 to its acquisition by GMV in 2018, during which the company was recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of America's fastest-growing private companies. Ian is a co-founder and board member at Hangar202, providing C-level consulting in diverse industries, and serves on the board of the Inclusive Sports Foundation, facilitating engagement between high school athletes and special needs students. Previous roles include CEO of Syncromatics, Vice President of Auxiliary Services at the University of Southern California, and Regional Director at DHL Express. Ian's military background includes service with the United States Marine Corps, where multiple awards were received.
