Peli Barrenechea

Peli Barrenechea has extensive experience in the fields of project management and engineering, notably serving as Chief Operating Officer at GMV from November 2015 to March 2022. During this tenure, Peli led the Bus&Tram Projects Division, overseeing a multi-disciplinary team and managing various projects related to intelligent transport systems. Prior experience includes roles at Qontinuum-Plus as a Project Manager and R&D Project Engineer focusing on security systems, as well as at Indra as an Embedded Software Engineer in air traffic management. Peli began a career as a Research Scientist at TNO, contributing to innovative projects in radar and communication systems. Peli's academic background includes a Business Expert degree focused on management and administration, complemented by a course on high-performance team management from GMV Sistemas.
