Andy Goodman

Andy Goodman is the Co-Manager at GMX Real Estate Group, a company Andy co-founded that specializes in commercial acquisitions, development, and operations. Prior to GMX, Andy worked as the SVP of the Development Group at ORIX Real Estate, overseeing large-scale retail development projects. Andy started their career as an Analyst at Banyan Management Corp., where Andy handled project-level development and management tasks. Andy holds an M.S. in Real Estate Appraisal & Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.S. in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
