Dan Holbek

Dan Holbek serves as the VP and Head of Products & Experiences for GN Group's Hearing Division since February 2021, overseeing a team of approximately 30 professionals and managing the end-to-end product portfolio for a competitive global market. Prior to this role, Dan held multiple leadership positions at GN Hearing, including Vice President of Portfolio & Experience Management and Senior Director of Product Portfolio Management, focusing on product and experience strategy across various offerings. Dan's earlier experience includes leadership roles at 3Shape, managing the Dental Lab Business Unit, and positions at Novo Nordisk, where responsibilities ranged from Investment Management to leading an internal consulting unit. Dan began a career in consulting at Bain & Company and Deloitte after completing a Master's degree in Production Engineering and Operations from DTU and further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
