Lars Steffensen is an experienced leader in customer care and strategic improvement, currently serving as Director of Customer Care & EMEA Fulfilment at GN Group since October 2018, where initiatives focus on enhancing customer experience and driving digital transformation. Previously, Lars held key roles at Scandlines Danmark ApS as Change Manager, Sony Mobile Communications as Senior Improvement Project Manager, and Sony Europe as CS Regional Head for North and West Europe, overseeing customer service operations across multiple countries. Lars has a comprehensive background in customer service, logistics, and IT systems, beginning with foundational roles at Sony and Elektronik Centret A/S. Education includes a CBA in General Management from AVT Institute of Executive Education and degrees in management and engineering from Københavns Tekniske Skole and Teknisk Skole, Ringsted.
