Rafaela da Silva is a skilled professional with extensive experience in quality management and engineering. Currently serving as a Product Quality Manager and Quality Project Manager at GN Group since November 2025, Rafaela ensures the quality and reliability of Jabra's Enterprise video, speak, and headset product ranges. Prior to this, Rafaela held roles at Axis Communications from April 2017 to November 2025, including Experienced Project Quality Engineer and Technical Services Engineer, focusing on defect prevention and customer support.
