Rob Boucher

Rob Boucher has over 20 years of work experience, with a strong focus on finance and leadership roles in the hearing industry. Rob is currently the Head of Beltone Canada since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the VP Finance Canada at GN Group from 2020 to 2022. Rob also has experience with Beltone, where they held the position of VP Finance - Beltone USA from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they worked at GN Store Nord as the VP Finance Canada - Hearing in 2017. Rob's career also includes roles as CFO - Canada at Sivantos Group from 2010 to 2016, Director of Finance - Hearing at Siemens from 2008 to 2010, and Audit Manager at PwC from 2002 to 2008.

Rob Boucher attended Western University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Finance & Accounting. After a gap of a few years, they enrolled in the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) program in 2006 to pursue their CPA CA designation.
