Tracy Notte

Tracy Notte is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at GNC since August 2024. Previously, Tracy held the same position at UNITE HERE HEALTH from January 2024 to August 2024 and served as Chief People Officer at Shift from March 2021 to April 2024. Before that, Tracy was Chief Human Resources Officer at REEF from January 2016 to May 2020, where an innovative human resource strategy was developed for a $3.5 billion global organization with 16,000 employees. Tracy also managed the largest HR region at Advance Auto Parts as Area Director of Human Resources from February 2005 to December 2015, overseeing 953 stores and 22,000 employees within a $9.7 billion company. Tracy holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences.
