Tracy Notte

Tracy Notte, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at GNC since August 2024. Prior roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at UNITE HERE HEALTH and Chief People Officer at Shift. Notte's expertise includes developing innovative HR strategies for large organizations, having previously led human resources for REEF and managed a significant HR region for Advance Auto Parts. Notte holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences.
