Youjin Kim has extensive experience in scientific affairs and research, currently serving as the Manager of Scientific Affairs at GNC since July 2017. Previously, Youjin held positions as a Senior Scientist at both Nutrasorb LLC and Rutgers University from January 2016 to February 2022, and also served as a Visiting Research Scholar. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Country Registration Manager at Bayer Crop Science and as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Florida State University. Youjin earned a PhD in Nutrition Sciences, along with two Master's degrees in the same field, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Nutrition from Ewha Womans University.
