Marcin Kolny

Marcin Kolny has a strong background in software development, with experience in various roles at reputable companies. Marcin started their career at Future Processing in 2011 as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2013. During this period, they also participated in the Google Summer of Code program in 2014 as a student. In 2013, Kolny joined Flytronic S.A. as a Software Engineer and remained there until 2015. In the same year, they worked as a Student at Google Summer of Code. Later in 2015, they began working at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer and stayed until 2017. After that, they joined GNOME Foundation as a Foundation member, Open Source project maintainer, and software developer, which continue to be their roles until now. Additionally, since 2017, they have been employed at Amazon, initially as a Software Development Engineer and currently as a Senior Software Development Engineer.

Marcin Kolny began their education in 2010 at The Silesian University of Technology, where they pursued a degree in Informatyka and completed their Bachelor's degree in 2014. Marcin then continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Informatyka in 2015.
