Mikael Cauche

Mikael CAUCHE is a seasoned professional in quality management and pharmaceutical operations, currently serving as Plant Quality Director and Qualified Person at Gnosis by Lesaffre since March 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing quality for a new Chondroitin production facility. Previously, Mikael held the position of Plant Quality Manager at Laboratoires Anios, managing a 50-person quality department. In earlier roles, Mikael was the Quality Director and QP at STERIENCE, where key contributions included overseeing QMS during a merger, regulatory compliance, and managing audits. Additional experience encompasses roles in quality assurance at MSD Animal Health, production management at Laboratoire Boiron, and customer service management at CERP Rouen. Mikael holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Université Lille II.
