Fernanda Morgado

Fernanda Morgado has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Fernanda began their career in 2001 as a Bilingual Executive Secretary at PressCell. In 2006, they transitioned to Visagio where they held roles as a Trainee, Administrative Analyst with responsibilities in internal communication, organizational climate survey, and event coordination, and eventually as an HR Manager. In 2014, Fernanda joined Safran Helicopter Engines as a Human Resources Coordinator. Fernanda then moved to Gnosis in 2018 and assumed the positions of Office Management & HR, HR Manager, Senior HR Manager | Team Lead, and currently serves as the Head of HR.

Fernanda Morgado has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - BBA, which they earned from Universidade Gama Filho between 2004 and 2008. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued a Specialization in Human Resources at Ibmec. Recently, from 2019 to 2020, Fernanda completed a Master's degree program in International Human Resources at Rome Business School.
